Lynn Giuliani Burke is the founder of The Summit Group, Inc., a management consulting

firm located in Aiken, South Carolina and specializing in “executive education”,

“leadership development” and “executive coaching”. Lynn has over 25 years of

experience as a management consultant and over 20 years’ experience in the retailing

industry with such national chains as Bloomingdales, Barneys New York and Gimbels.

She has also created and operated The Leg Room, a successful chain of specialty stores

located in the New York metropolitan area and now works with clients in planning and

positioning their businesses for the 21 st century.

Lynn is an expert in the area of leadership and management, generating “championship

teams” who consistently produce extraordinary results. She has facilitated leadership and

management training and strategic planning sessions for clients in the retail,

telecommunications, graphic design, manufacturing, energy, hospitality and publishing

industries, as well as government agencies. These efforts have resulted in clients

producing extraordinary results in the area of customer service, sales and profitability.

Lynn Giuliani Burke has been a speaker and lecturer for numerous businesses and

professional associations as well as a lecturer for Columbia University and has been

featured on NPR’s American Women’s Economic Development Corporation show. She

has served on the Board of Directors of The Entrepreneurial Women’s Network of

Connecticut. Lynn is a cum laude graduate of Hunter College and holds a Master’s

Degree of Education from Bank Street Graduate School of Education in New York City.

She is a resident of South Carolina and Maine, an avid equestrian, rower and skier.

 Kathy Laning is known for supporting individual and business transformation by seeing simplicity through complexity, building capability, and empowering people.  These attributes underpinned an incredible and successful career in Finance, rising to the executive level at BP, a large global energy company.Kathy has a servant leadership mindset and led personal and business transformation. She has mentored and coached numerous employees.  People are her passion which is transparent to everyone she works with.  She was the single recipient of the Energizing People annual award for the US Downstream organization of >5000 people.  She is also known for transforming teams and simplifying processes. Kathy now works as a coach, mentor and trusted advisor where she leverages her values of authenticity, care for individuals, and personal vulnerability.
